职位描述：
仪器化验员负责操作部门的仪器设备来分析各种商业样品中的元素含量；
该角色包括准备样品、进行测试、维护设备以及生成准确的分析报告；
仪器组化验员在确保各种商品矿物、铁合金、耐火材料等材料的元素含量和合规性方面发挥着至关重要的作用。
1. 负责实验室红外碳硫仪的操作、维护，确保实验结果的准确性和可靠性；
2. 常规无机化学分析实验，如颗粒密度、水分、LOI等；
3. 实验室耗材、试剂和标准物质的验收、验证和管理；
4. 参与仪器维护和故障排除，提高仪器使用寿命和性能；
5. 记录实验数据、分析结果、撰写实验报告，为科学研究提供准确依据；
6. 遵守实验室规章制度和管理制度，确保实验过程安全合规。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，化学、地质学、材料科学或相关学科专业；
2. 具有高频燃烧红外碳硫仪操作经验；
3. 具有管式炉高温燃烧中和法测定硫含量操作经验；
4. 至少 1 年 M&M 实验室工作经验；
5. 可能需要出差参加培训课程、技术会议、现场审核要求。
Job Description:
Instrumental Chemist is responsible for operating the Department’s equipment to analyze the composition of various commodities.
This role involves preparing samples, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and generating accurate analytical reports.
Instrumental Chemist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of materials in various commodities minerals, ferroalloys, refractories, and more.
- Responsible for the operation, and maintenance of laboratory infrared carbon sulfur instrument to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental results;
- Routine inorganic chemical analysis experiments, such as particle density,
moisture, LOI, etc;
- Acceptance,verification and management of laboratory consumables, reagents and reference materials;
- Participate in instrument maintenance and troubleshooting to improve instrument service life and performance;
- Record experimental data, analyze results, and write experimental reports to
provide accurate basis for scientific research;
- Comply with laboratory rules and regulations and management systems to ensure the safety and compliance of the experimental process.

Job Rrequirements:
- Knowledge of High frequency combustion infrared carbon sulfur instrument;
- Knowledge of Tubular furnace;
- Minimum 1x year work experience in the M&M laboratory;
- Text Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, geology, materials science,or a related discipline;
- May require travel for training course, technical conference, onsite audit requirement.
