岗位职责：
1、通过向产品部门进行运价查询，配合船期及截单时间、仓位箱源配置和目的港服务价格确认等方式，协助销售完成询价工作，并在销售授权下进行报价单的制作及向客户进行直接报价；
2、协助销售进行订舱系统录单，处理订舱问题，并及时和客户沟通订舱后的放预配进度；
3、核对系统中成本录入情况，确认特殊收费和开票要求，完成应收费用录入；
4、协助销售完成客户协议签订、催收应收款、申请放单等工作；
5、完成上级领导交付的其他工作事宜。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，英语、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业；
2、三年以上国际货代行业工作经验，可以运用英文和海外代理进行业务沟通；
3、熟悉国际货代（特别是美加线）产品；
4、掌握各种办公软件的使用；
5、有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，责任心强，能承受快节奏的工作状态；
6、有较强的受挫承受能力及自我情绪调整能力。
