职位描述
"作为业务伙伴，负责财务流程与业务流程的对接，持续推动业务模式的优化和价值***化；包括但不限于财务计划，预算管理，项目管理&跟踪和业务流程梳理等方面的工作。

岗位职责
1、业务层面多维度的财务支持 Business-level multi-dimensional financial support
"立足于业务，深入了解业务逻辑，帮助梳理业务流程，为业务端提供整体的财务解决方案；

2、分析，预算&流程管理 Analysis, budget & process management
"负责事业部经营状况的分析，结合报表分析，优化，控制和推动业务流程改进，为决策提供支持；组织和推进事业部预算进程，跟踪和评估事业预算使用情况，滚动预测；

3、全面的项目管理 Comprehensive project management
"全面项目管理，负责项目前期的测算，项目跟踪和分析，识别和控制财务风险，提出优化建议，项目结项后形成结项报告；

4、所负责板块的财务制度变革需求，改进&落地 responsible for the financial system change needs of the board, improve & implement

任职要求
1、"会计/财务专业背景和技能
Accounting / Finance professional background and skills"
2、"全面的财务专业知识，熟练使用分析&沟通工具，精通Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件，英文读写流利
Comprehensive financial expertise, proficient in using analytical & communication tools, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other office software, fluent in reading and writing English"
3、"具备2年以上FP&A/BP经验
At least 2 years of experience in FP&A/BP"
4、" CPA，CMA，ACCA优先
CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred"
5、"逻辑严谨，分析架构能力强，有亲和力，擅长跨部门的项目管理和沟通
