1、协助销售完成售前及售后相关方案的创意和撰写工作；
2、负责招聘项目的组织及执行，确保项目顺利如期交付；
3、组织实施整体招聘计划，提供专业的数据分析报告；
4、进行行业调研，通过各种媒介渠道开发新的人才资源，并形成行业人才储备库；
5、协同销售拜访客户，提供专业的招聘建议。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上招聘管理工作经验，其中项目招聘、人事招聘或猎头公司招聘工作经验2年以上 ；
3、具有优秀的沟通、协调、逻辑分析及文字表达能力 ；
4、执行力、团队合作意识强，有责任心，具备一定的抗压能力 ；
5、良好的电脑操作水平，熟悉office办公软件；
6、具备一定的人才资源或者开拓人才资源渠道的能力；
