职位描述
Responsibilities
? The Core Team member STPL is responsible for successfully carrying out the following tasks:
? The coordination & planning of the system design work products in the product development (main work products are: feasibility study, system requirement engineering, system architecture and design,, diagnostic concept, functional and technical safety concept)
? The clarification and definition of the technical content of all system design work products across all engineering disciplines
? The implementation of the customer requirements specifications and additional stakeholder requirements into the system requirements
? Contribution for the regular PSR (Project Status Review) to BU management
? Regular participation in the Project Core Team meeting and the project CCB
? The day-to-day communication with the specialists in the system design department in order to manage the system design work products.
? Ensuring that the relevant standards and work rules of the System Design department are applied and respected
? The regular monitoring of progress in system design work products & definition of countermeasures in case of progress limitations
? The change management & problem resolution management specific to the content of the system design work products
? The configuration management for the work products (configuration items) of system design department (alt. system engineering discipline)
? The risk management specific to the area of system design work products
? Regularly informing the PM and the head of system design department about the status of the development of all system design relevant topics
? Preparation of system design work products for the participation in Gate Reviews
? Preparation of milestone reviews (SYSM2/SYSM6) in technical terms
? First Responder for system problems reports and issues, that can not directly be assigned to the responsible engineering discipline by Project Change Manager
? Identify all technical deviations within SYS-M6 review, together with all development disciplines, with reference to the corresponding SYS-M2 and M5-Review results from all engineering disciplines.
Requirements
? Long term professional experience in the automotive sector, preferably in the field of powertrain.
? University degree in engineering.
? Experience with electrification products, HV electric drive systems preferred
? Experience in technique project leader preferred
? Very good English skills in speaking and writing
? Moderation skills and collaboration with an interdisciplinary and intercultural team
? Analytical thinking, strong coordination and decision making skills.
? Good understanding of quality management systems and change management processes.
? Understanding of ASPICE requirements to supporting process areas
? Experience in D5 projects and introduction of changes in D3 / D5 projects.
? Strong knowledge of DV/PV and testing for the completion of change processes.
? Willingness to frequent travel to customer
