For our DI Sector, we are looking for a Technical sales support Engineer in GuangZhou / Shenzhen / Dong Guan.

What are TSS engineer responsibilities? 

Goals/Mission

Technical support to DI customers, focus on pilot machine technical support, including on site product training, optimize production line/machine configuration, commissioning support. 

DI客户的技术支持，为客户提供方案配置咨询，产品培训及样机调试技术支持。

Working Partners/Contacts

Report to section manager of Region South TSS department.

向华南区技术支持部门经理汇报。

Tasks

- Commissioning support, pre-sales support, configuration support and technical training for the DI customers

对DI客户提供样机调试支持、提供数字化，自动化和传动的方案及培训支持

- Accumulate technical application knowledge & promotion to sales & customers, include digital technology

积累技术应用知识并向销售和客户推广，包括数字化技术

-Keep familiar with PLC, Drive, Digital products, systems, solutions as well as branch (etc. electronic, battery, logistic) technology knowledge; It is preferring to have IT knowledge, digital experience.

熟练掌握PLC, 传动产品，数字化技术，系统，解决方案；有IT知识，或数字化经验和背景的优先。

- Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and implementation in order to achieve the agreed targets and goals

积极主动地采取行动，以达到既定目标

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education

Bachelor or above major in automation, computer or mechanical manufacture

本科或以上学历，计算机，自动化或机械制造等相关专业。

Knowledge/Languages

-Knowledge of PLC or Drive, it is better to have IT knowledge, Digital knowledge or experience

PLC，计算机或传动相关知识

-Fluent in English reading for technical document

良好的英语阅读能力，能顺利阅读英文技术文档

Experience

-Have at least 3 years automation engineer working experience

具有至少3年自动化(PLC或传动)工程师的工作经历。
