职位描述

Responsible for communicating, following up internal, external sale administrative work; marketing administrative tasks, including minutes of department meetings, travelling arrangement, customers’ order tracking, and other tasks department managers and supervisors as required. Responsible for maintaining network media platforms.
负责大部分内外沟通协调等销售行政工作,以及市场部其他行政工作,包括部门会议纪要,员工的差旅安排,客户订单追踪,以及部门经理、主管安排的其他工作内容。负责维护各大网络媒体平台。
Performance Expectations
? Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and:
? The Global Operating System Plays
? ISO 45001 Health and Safety management System standard
? ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard
? IATF 16949/ ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard
? Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards
? Set up and track customers’ orders from North America, Europe and APAC
? Make forecast for customers’ demand according to the sales order
? Analyze sales data and finish sales monthly report, and adjust sales strategy
? Quotation Coordinator – maintain and update quote log
? Maintain and update data and information in system
? Support Accounting Dept. to follow up invoice
? Participant in sales and marketing meetings, finish meeting summary
? Travel Coordinator – make reservations for all travelers including flights, hotels and car rental
? Assist with Shanghai Office to support sales and marketing other related administrative tasks
? Maintain and Operate network media platform

Credentials
? Undergraduate degree in Administrative Management, Marketing or related fields or equivalent experience
? Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement
? 2 years related experience in foreign owned manufacturing business
? Demonstrated organizational skills
? General PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Windows)
? Communication and coordination skills
? Good command of speaking and writing skills in English
