Job Description:
1.Plan and implement the maintenance plan for test bench and measurement equipment in Lab, to maintain the Laboratory in an operative condition;
2.Complete the validation plan and test specification for new development product;
3.Conducting the regular and special requested test, providing test report with defined format, ensure the test data and test report reality and effectivity, and ensure the traceability for all test.;
4.Lead to design and commissioning new test bench and measurement equipment, to ensure the new test requirement are achieved.
5.Keeping alignment and coordinating lab activities with the HQ validation team.

Job Requirements:
1. 2+ years lab related working experience;
2. Experienced on design of product validation;
3. Understand concept of ISO 17025 and ISO9000;
4. Experience on PLC programming will be prefer;
5. Strong wiliness on development of non-standard equipment to improve test capability;
6.Have logic and rigorous attitude for product validation;
