职位描述
The role should hold deep distribution and TP management experience, planning and implementation capability, matured & experienced in conducting strategic business engagement with the distributors as well as JD, solving fundamental bottlenecks to gain a joint force in long-term business development so as to increase Huggies control rate and market share in POP continuously.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
· Be responsible for operation of JD Huggies POP business.
· Promote the process of “JD self-run & POP One Inventory Project”.
· Roll-out overall distribution strategy and implementation in JD POP.
· Engage, enable and manage distributors’ business development regarding pricing, project tracking, traffic investment, online campaign implementation according to the business development plan·
Be responsible and monitor the distributors’ online portfolio and pricing, take effective measures to protect Huggies brand image.
· Coordinate with self-run Huggies and make sure that the resources and promotion are well distributed and organized between these two business models.
· Regularly review category updating situation including price, promotion, sales share, and assortment；
· Find the insights and opportunities in business development as long as cross-category cooperation.
· Make short-term, mid-term and long-term sales development planning and strategy in order to drive sales to achieve target.
· Report to EC JD KAM

任职要求：
· Vision and faith in B2B EC prospect and strong motivation to drive the business
· Bachelor’s degree with more than 2 years EC merchandising and distributor management experience
· Highly matured and experienced in high-level relationship establishment with distributors
· Proven strategy, analytic, execution and negotiation skills
· Experience working with cross-functional groups
· A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to innovate
· Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
· Demonstrates a sense of urgency and accountability
· Positive team player and strong work ethic
· Customer-oriented and result-driven
