Summary:
Directs production, distribution, and maintenance operations for plant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. environment employee health and safety relevant jobs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and maintenance activities in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Plant Manager.
Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of plant.
Recommends budgets to production management.
Response for all production employees working arrangement, evaluation and work shift organize work.
Efficiency control to the production OT.
Provide organization chart and recruitment plan for production employees.
Coordinates with suppliers to fix maintenance, electrician and other problem happened during production.
Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of production units. Also directly supervises all production supervisors, and all operators. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Environment employee health and safety relevant job:
To identify the environmental factors related to the production department and the existing hazard sources, identify the requirements of laws and regulations and conduct compliance evaluation
Make improvement measures for major hazard sources and major environmental pollution in the production department and implement monitoring.
To conduct environmental monitoring for the production department.
Cooperate with various audit (internal audit, second party audit, management review and relevant party audit).
Monitoring the implementation of target indicators and programs of production department and evaluating them regularly.
Corrective measures shall be formulated for the audit and inspection of
non- conformance items and the implementation of non-compliance.
Organize the implementation equipment (including safety facilities and special equipment) safety spot check, personnel labor protection wear spot check record to fill in.
Participate in fire emergency drill and training.
Production safety facilities protection and maintenance, regular spot check and replacement of relevant spare parts;
On-site 6S maintenance, and ensure safety warning signs, clearly identified in accordance with regulations.
Organize management review of production department.
Prepare materials and participate in management review.
Other production and management work assigned by leader.
Skills Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
More than two years production management experience, familiar with the operation and process of manufacturing department, good at production site management, familiar with all aspects of machinery manufacturing.
Related implementation cases on production system construction and production quality improvement.
Team management and leadership skills; Experience in managing a production team of 30-50 people.
Strong ability of quality management, process optimization, overall organization, communication and coordination, good ability to analyze and solve problems.
Can undertake greater work pressure, good professional dedication and professional ethics, strong charisma and cohesion.
Careful consideration of problems, quick response, able to timely find the grassroots work with bias problems, and give timely solutions.
