Job Description

Ensure operate  transaction  from procurement to  payment in FSSC;

Job Responsibilities

?  Work in FSSC P2P team, day to day transactions, e.g. Vendor invoice verification for both direct and indirect material vendors (Domestic and Overseas)

? Long time pending PO controlling on month end closing (GR/IR), checking trade payable account statement ,etc
?Communication with stakeholders ( purchasing dept, logistic dept,I/E dept) to follow up on pending issue on the PO and invoice verification.
?AP analysis reporting : AP aging, overdue payment, prepayment etc.
?Other Receivable and Other Payable posting and monitor
?handle Vendor payment including both domestic vendor and overseas vendor. fully understand the  legal regulation of oversea payment procedure.
? Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with SOX and other corporate requirements

Background & Skills

?Bachelor Degree in Accounting
?Accounting experience 0-2 years  in manufacturing multinational 
?Knowledge of ERP systems,especially good at SAP
?Customer Service Orientation
?Financial  Share Service mindset , and willing to work with challenge
?Good at  team work,fluency in English written and oral
?Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders

Company introduction:

Danfoss ( Tianjin ) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 in Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone. It's the wholly-owned subsidiary of Danfoss A/S in China , and is Danfoss' most important production base in APAC and outside of Denmark . Since its relocation to the new factory in Wuqing Development Zone in January 2002, the factory has been expanded in 2003 and 2004. Due to the fast business development, more and more new projects are introduced to the production base of Danfoss Wuqing factory in Tianjin.

Danfoss Wuqing factory is manufacturing a broad range of products like radiator thermostats, heating substations, thermal expansion valves, water valves, compressors, and other related products. The factory is equipped with advanced production facility and adopts the latest production technology and managerial concepts. In order to improve the product quality steadily, Danfoss follows strict industry standard, which means all products must go through comprehensive quality tests to ensure they can meet customer requirements. Danfoss Tianjin production base has successfully passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, by which we ensure the product quality as well as the smallest environmental effect.
