职位描述
- 金刚石、硬质合金和高速钢刀具修磨及准备工作；
- 按生产计划工作，熟练操作所有机床并注重安全及生产效率；
- 保证修磨质量达到Leitz标准；
- 维护整个工作区，在其管辖范围内遵守“5S”准则和维修计划文件；
- 设备的维护和保养；
- 提出合理化建议以及完成领导交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
- 高中及以上学历，机械相关专业优先；
- 能看懂CAD图纸；
- 有一定的工作经验且能适应倒班；
- 为人正直，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
