1. 根据客户（公司）需求制定项目目标，并组织协调各相关方完成推进项目管理工作，直至项目实施、交付和验收。具体包括确定客户需求，制定项目实施范围、项目成本估算、项目进度安排，支持采购招标工作，施工现场施工管理、安全管理及施工节点工序协调，控制项目进度和预算，监督施工质量等。

     According to the requirement of customer(company) to make the project aim, organize and    coordinate the relevant parties to improve the job of project management, until the project is finished and delivery, be checked and accepted. They are including about making sure the requirement of customer, making the project scope of implementation, estimating cost of project, arrangement of project progress, and support the purchase and bidding, management of site work, security management and coordinate construction node process, controlling the process and budget of project, and monitoring the quality of construction site, etc.        

2、支持客户（公司）的项目前期调研、咨询工作、技术支持、流程支持等。

Supporting customer (company)’s pre-research, consultation work, technique support, process supporting , and etc.

3、按照公司要求承接其他客户的项目管理服务，按照公司要求参与运行管理工作。

According to the requirement of company to take on the service of project management from other customer, and according to the requirement of company to involve the operation management. 

资格要求Requirement

1. 机电、土建专业本科毕业；Bachelor degree in mechanical or civil engineering;
2. 土建或机电项目管理经验5年以上；Civil or mechanical and electrical project management experience more than 5 years;
3. 有写字楼二装工程经验； Have office building second decoration project experience
4. 可以使用英语口语与客户沟通并进行书面表达；

     Communicate with customer in good oral and written English

 4. 有外资物业公司或5万平写字楼或商务园区从业经验，且具备3年及以上对客户服务工作经验；

    Working experience as a foreign property company or 20000sqm office building or business yard as      project manager, and with at least 5 years of customer service experience

5. 年度内工作完成率95%以上，零投诉的沟通。

The annual work completion rate is more than 95%, with zero complaint.

6. 在工作中能够熟练使用WORD，EXCEL, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, Project等工作软件

Operate Microsoft Office expertly, edit in WORD, EXCEL, PPT. AutoCAD, Project, and etc.
