职位描述
Essential Functions
· Conduct initial and follow-up sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services.
· Manage incoming customer inquiries.
· Assist with sales promotions to identify opportunities such as searching websites, making phone calls, preparing ad. for professional publications and participating in trade shows, etc.
· Generate leads from given market listings
· Learn, assimilate, and understand company products and applications
· Manage incoming inquiries, send RFQs , make and submit quotations to domestic customers for Certain Products
· Process orders from Customers and manage relevant orders to vendors with the Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator
· Make filings for all orders and submitted quotes Orders follow-up: payment collection, shipment, invoicing assistance and co-ordination with WOFE/US colleagues
Track quotations
· Will coordinate certain specific responsibilities for the Warehouse and its operation
· Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
· Maintain customer records within Unisorb provided database management program.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Competencies
· Must speak, listen, read and write fluent English Language in addition to Chinese.
· Mechanical and Technical Acuity.
· Customer/Client/Process Focus.
· Initiative.
· Collaboration.
· Travel related expense management.
· Presentation Skills.
Travel
This position requires travel. Some of the travel may be international.
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in (mechanical) engineering or a related technical field.
· Team player, well-motivated, responsible and excellent inter-personal skill, persistent
· Skilled in Microsoft Office
· Auto-CAD skill is preferred
· Driver’s license is preferred
· Working experience in machine tool companies with at least 2 years is preferred.
· Should live within reasonable range of STC.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
· Ability to acquire a passport and/or travel visa as required.
