主要职责：
1、协助项目经理进行对包装油项目，包括但不限于外部 OEM 项目的开发、前期谈判、审厂、运营等全程 管理协调；
Responsible for communication and coordination of packaging oil external OEM project development, preliminary negotiation, factory audit, operation, etc.
2、协助项目经理对项目开发过程中涉及的内部流程、外部客户维护等进行沟通协调；
Responsible for the communication and introduction of OEM customer at early stage, overall control of the mid-term project and the maintenance of the late stage. Coordinate with customer and internal dept to assist OEM project.
Responsible for quality coordination during process and control the abnormal conditions
3、对 OEM 工厂管理制度和现有操作模式提出建设性意见，并能完成各类文件的修订；
Develop management and assessment system for OEM plant, fully responsible for OEM plant communication & cooperation, quality, production, warehouse and processing record, etc. regular technical communication with OEM plant for improvement
4、跟进整体项目的时间进度、改善措施、预见风险等；
Responsible for the coordination, promotion and internal & external communication of packaging oil business, facilitate the communication & cooperation of internal team and cross function team
5、组织项目相关的会议，做好会议记录；
Organize project related meetings and take minutes;
6、完成部门领导安排的其他工作。
Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

要求：
1、本科及以上学历，油脂加工、食品工程、工程管理、经济学等相关专业
Bachelor degree or above., Major in oil processing, food engineering, engineering management, economics or related
2、两年以上相关工作经验
8 years experiences of production management/sales, 5years experiences of OEM project cooperation and management
3、较强的成本控制意识；
Strong sense of cost control
4、良好的组织和沟通能力；
Good organizational and communication skills
5、良好的问题判断能力和解决能力；
Able to identify problems and solve them to reduce the risk
6、良好的逻辑思维和分析能力，文字及语言表达能力；
Good logical thinking and analytical skills, strong language skills
7、良好的团队合作精神；
Good teamwork spirit
8、良好的英文、中文表达能力，英语 6 级优先
Fluent in both English & Chinese and CET-6 is preferred
