职位描述
1. Develop new business.
- Seek new application opportunities to supply application technology or gas offers to customer.
- Provide technical support for other SR.
- Negotiate with customer to sign new contract
- keep good relationship with industry association, government department and design institute.
2. Manage existing customer
- Develop a mutual trust base relationship with key contacts at different levels of the customer decision-making organization to keep customer loyalty
- Realizing customer organization change impact to key person, analyze the risk and define preaction plan to keep
continue supply
- Handle customer complain, solve problems in coordination with AL related department to improve customer
satisfaction
- Manage the prices of existing customers and realize the longterm development of corporate interests and customer
interests.
- Support money collection in order to control A/R
- Renew contract in time
3. Report
- Submit monthly report on time
- Update marketing report every quarter and provide guidance in marketing.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical/Engineering, etc.
2) Above 3 years working experience with minimum 3 years in commercial or industrial technical position.
3) Knowledge of South China local gases market is preferred.
4) Negotiate and find solutions creatively to handle complex projects.
5) Very good communication and presentation skills.
6) Good command of oral and written English.
