Job Description:
? Lead & ensure the success of technical project which supporting the strategy “the Plant of the Future”.
? Understand the business case by analyzing the current status, clarifying the target conditions & recognizing the gap.
? Based on business case, propose the technical solutions with reasonable cost&time by working with internal resources or outer supplier.
? Plan & track the project progress by well organized WBS & Gantt Chart. Recognize the risk and report it in time.
? Manage the change of project with relevant stakeholder, resource & partner.
? Report the project to plant management & global operation team.

Qualification:
? Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Science, preferred in industrial related field as automation, mechanics, computer or software.
? 3 years working experience in manufacturing plant as engineer, equipment or software design & delivery experience is preferred.
? Strong experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving.
? Able to take on challenging tasks and overcome obstacles to success.
? Sense of quality & robust.
? Fluent English skills, written & spoken.
? Strong communication & presentation skills is preferred.
