Performance Expectations

? Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and:

· The Global Operating System Plays

· ISO 45001 Health and Safety management System standard

· ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard

· IATF 16949/ ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard

· Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards

? Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors

? Responsible for coordinating with third party for customs declaration, inspection and document review of import and export goods

? Responsible for checking and confirming the cargo code of imported materials

? Responsible for establishing import material electronic ledger

? Responsible for verifying import material and dealing with related procedures

? Responsible for coordinating internal with customs to establish certificate of origin

? 负责协调第三方报关代理公司关于进出口货品报关，查验及单证审核的联络工作；

? 负责进口物料的货物编码查询确认；

? 负责进口物料电子账册的建立；

? 负责进口物料核销及相应流程的处理；

? 负责协调内部与海关建立货品原产地证明。


Credentials

· Bachelor‘s degree or above

· Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement

· 2-3 years related experience in foreign owned manufacturing business

· Computer Skill: Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

· 本科及以上学历

· 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能知识

· 2-3年的外资生产型企业相关工作经验

· 电脑操作技能：熟练操作Excel, Word, PowerPoint等软件

· Good command of speaking and writing skills in English

· Professional qualification certificate will be preferred

· Good relations with government customs will be preferred.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to the order of importance

· Ability to work independently. Serve as a team leader coordinating activities with others and with company personnel beyond boundaries

· Loyal attitude toward the Company
