· Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing all approved safety equipment, and successful completes all safety certification requirements while assisting others on the team to do the same with an “accidents are preventable” attitude. .

· Coordinate, plan, estimate, and assigns the work of the mechanical maintenance team.

· Coordinate, develop, review, purchase materials for projects.

· Assist with shutdown project management. Monitors work accomplishment for quantity, quality, safe work practices, and GMP’s against accepted department and company standards.

· Reviews daily with supervision the status of active or current projects as well as planned or future projects.

Education or Training Required/教育、培训经历要求：

· College or above

本科及以上学历

· Associates Degree in mechanical or electrical

机械相关专业

· Microsoft Software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

微软办公软件及计算机维修管理系统（CMMS）

· Must successfully complete all ADM Safety Certification requirements

必须 完成 ADM的安全 认证 要求 。

· Working licenses on electric, welding, pressure pipes and vessels operating

持有电气/焊接/压力管道/压力容器相关操作证

Experience Required/工作经验要求：

· 5 plus years maintenance experience

五年以上维修经验

· Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs

· Extensive experience in electrical and mechanical repairs. Including troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical drive, pumps, firefighting system, chilling water system, RO water system, air compressor, etc.
