Functional area 职责:
Main Task: Full support for distributor that he can generate as much sales as possible 主要任务:全面支持经销商,增长销售额;
Development of new end customers with distributor 现有经销商的新终端客户的开发;
Monthly sales plan completion rate, by breakdown of sales forecast for each distributor 月度销售计划的完成率,按照每个经销商的销售预测分解;
Ride Alongs: Conduct ride-alongs and end-customers visits with distributor sales team 陪跑:与经销商销售团队进行陪跑和终端客户拜访;
Send Blue ADM visitor data to area manager and regional distributor channel manager by weekly 每周把Blue ADM的访客数据同时发给区域经理和各区域分销商渠道经理;
Collecting end-customers information in the company database 在公司数据库中收集最终客户信息;
Training: Organize and conduct regular trainings to distributor/ distributor sales people and conduct regular assessment. Trainings shall include product trainings, sales trainings, Wuerth Brand introductions, etc 培训:组织并定期对经销商/经销商销售人员进行培训,并进行定期考核。培训应包括产品培训、销售培训、伍尔特品牌介绍等;
Marketing support: Evaluate/collect marketing material support form distributor and coordinate the marketing material supply with marketing team in head office. Marketing support includes samples, brochures, trade marketing material, store decoration, ORSY system installation, etc 市场营销支持:评估/收集经销商的市场营销支持需求,并与总部市场营销团队协调市场营销材料的供应。营销支持包括样品、手册、贸易营销材料、商店装修、ORSY系统安装等;
Monitor the distributor Wuerth brand using conditions to avoid the incorrect activities 监控经销商的品牌使用情况,避免不正确的活动;
Promotions: Help distributor to run promotions targeted to the end-customer of the distributor 促销:帮助经销商进行针对其终端客户的促销;
Product Launches/Product Introductions: In time introduce new products to the distributors and inform them about new product launches 产品发布/产品介绍:及时向经销商介绍新产品,并通知他们新产品发布的消息;
Reporting: Ensure all required distributor reports are submitted on time and with the expected quality level. Reports include: General distributor performance evaluation, monthly sales report, stock level report, end-customers report, planned promotions, etc 报告:确保所有要求的经销商报告均按时且以预期的质量水平提交。报告包括:一般经销商绩效评估、每月销售报告、库存水平报告、最终客户报告、计划的促销活动等;(new form weekly (monthly) sales tracking chart 每周(月)销售跟踪表)
Contract and Policy agreements: Regularly inform distributor about latest policy and make sure he follows the contract agreements and policy guidelines 合同和政策协议:定期通知经销商最新政策,并确保他遵守合同协议和政策准则;
Tasks New Distributors: 现新开发销商的任务;
Distributor search: Support distributor channel sales team to identify and evaluate new distributor targets 经销商开发:支持经销商渠道销售团队确定和评估新的经销商目标;
Distributor On-boarding: Follow and execute the standard distributor on-boarding process 经销商准入:遵循并执行标准的新经销商合作流程;
Monthly distributor report based on the provided distributor reporting template before the 15th of each following month 在每个月15日之前,根据提供的经销商报告模板,发布经销商月报;
Marketing support availability: Make sure our company marketing promotion policy is executed proper and requested marketing support is provided in time 实现市场营销支持: 确保正确执行我们公司的市场推广政策,并及时提供所需的市场支持;
Communication with distribution channel management for timely report 与经销渠道管理沟通,及时报告工作进展;
Other work assigned by company 公司分派的其他工作。
Requirements 任职要求:
College graduate or above 大学及以上学历;
Preferred major in Mechanical, Chemical, Business, Trading or relevant discipline 机械、化工、商务、贸易或相关专业优先考虑;
Related experience in automotive aftermarket or MRO industry 拥有汽车后市场或者MRO行业的相关经验;
Sales and target driven and persistent 以销售及目标为行动导向,能够坚持不懈;
Have quick wit, courage to develop, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and learning capability 头脑灵活,勇于开拓,责任心强,沟通能力强,学习能力强;
Able to work with high efficiency and team-spirit 工作效率高,且极具团队合作精神;
Strong problem solving ability 较强的问题解决能力;
