Job Purpose:
This role is a key member of the Asia Marketing and Communications team. Supervised by and partnering with China marketing manager, this role will support in developing and implementing the digital strategy for China in order to constantly reinforce Arcadis’s brand awareness and thought leadership via digital channels.
Key Accountabilities:
Web
· Support in implementations of Arcadis
· Responsible for daily content managements and updates for Arcadis
· Partner with global digital counterparts to constantly improve the performance i.e. SEO
· Support in campaign strategy development and execution i.e. landing page creation/ SEM etc
WeChat
· Support China marketing manager to coordinate with the external agency for WeChat publishing i.e. project data collection
· Explore the best practice and contribute ideas on improving performance
Marketing automation
· Support in client and marketing data integration from existing CRMs into Oracle Marketing Cloud for mainland, China
· Assist China marketing manage to coordinate with GSSC digital counterpart to develop campaign eDMs with Oracle Eloque
· Eager to expand knowledges and contribute ideas in local deployment of Oracle Marketing Cloud i.e. WeChat’s integration, leads capturing and nurturing etc
Knowledge & Experience:
· 3 – 5 years of experience managing company’s digital channels i.e. website and WeChat
· Knowledge with SEO/SEM
· Experience with using marketing automation platforms; Oracle Marketing Could would be desired, but not required
Key Qualifications:
· Degree qualified in an area such as Business, Communications, or computer sciences
