主要职责：
Key Responsibilities:
1.监控现场生产进度，召开日常生产会议，回顾所有可交付成果，确保生产订单顺利交付;
2.管理操作人员在安全的工作环境和生产条件下工作;
3.与生产人员以及其他部门保持开放的沟通，并对生产过程中的事件、变更做出判断并响应;
4.***化发挥生产人员的能力，参与制定流程程序以确保生产效率和优化生产时间;
5.管理现场所有生产活动所需的材料和工具;
6.负责设备TPM的执行，确保所有设备正常运行;
7.报告所有故障，并与维修人员一起工作，确保生产设备的稳定性;
8.通过使用SAP和MES对车间的生产数据进行日常管理;
9.熟悉工艺流程和质量体系，管理操作人员跟踪质量检查程序，确保产品的合格性;
10.负责现场EHS各项活动的展开，精益生产和持续改善；、
11.领导交代的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
Key Requirements:
1.中专或以上学历；
2.3年生产制造业相关工作经验，有注塑工作经验者优先；
3.具有较强的口头和书面沟通能力，快速反应和判断能力，具备一定的领导能力；
4.了解健康和安全法规，职业危害和安全预防措施；
5.有较强的EHS和质量意识。
