1. To be responsible of mechanical design and design change of motor, El.equipment and electronics.
2. To coordinate with global R&D on PMT mechanical design tasks with regarding motor, El.equipment and electronics.
3. To be responsible of drawings and SAP system related tasks.
4. To be in charge of mechanical design change project pre-scope from technical feasibility, timeline, cost and investment, etc..
5. To lead DFMEA & tolerance chain calculation on mechanical design changes and call meeting to review by platform and function head.
6. To create/update 3D and 2D drawings with Creo.
7. To coordinate with R&D on material selection to meet mechanical, flammability and process requirement, especially plastic material.
8. To be responsible of new material validation and release within PMT procedure

9. Be responsible on other work which are assigned

岗位要求：

1. Major required: mechanical engineering related, bachelor’s degree or above

2. At least 5 years’ experience on mechanical design.

3. At least 3 years’ experience on design with different plastic materials.

4. Experience on mechanical design with plastic materials.

5. Be familiar with DFMEA and Six sigma tool.

6. Master in English language and communication with foreigners.

7. Professional technical competence, general competence, and leadership

8. Understand Injection moulding process

9. Experience with SAP, Creo and AutoCAD

10. Passion and patient, dependable, working hard.
