Activities

1) Collect the transportation data and prepare the analysis report, manage the 3PL transporters;

2) Assist to prepare the monthly meeting plan, meeting material and record ;

3) Conduct transport audit and follow up the action plan;

4) Hold meetings with 3PL transporters to review the performance of transport safety and deliver trainings

5) Work with line manager to inspect the vehicles

6) Monitor driving violations and in cabin camera in system daily, analyze driving behavior trend

7) Analysis transport safety KPI result monthly, update various reports every month;

8) Assist to prepare the review of transport safety performance with transporters in regular supplier meeting and business review meeting to drive for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, vehicle engineering or business administration;
2. HSEQ background is a plus.
3. 3 years or above working experiences in Logistics, HSEQ, technical, etc.
4. Good command of English in reading, writing, speaking.
5. Strong skills in MS Office (Excel; Power BI, PowerPoint; etc.).
