1.    Lead the blending operators to achieve the blending target, fulfill the production forms correctly in time ;

2.    Operate the LUBCEL system of ABB company and solve system problems indepently, fulfill SAP system data input;

3.    Reasonable arrangement of blending order to improve efficiency, monitoring blending temperature、time and equipments are in best condition, fulfill the raw materials’ apply timely and insure production proceed smoothly ; Insured all materials applied follow the blending order ;

4.    Communicate with plan、warehouse and Maintenance department to insure production plans go smoothly and equipments in good condition ;

5.    Participate in the vessel and bulk receiving, report abnormal spoilage in time, insure related operations conform to WI standard ;

6.    Monthly stocking taking and investigation of variance, make sure the raw material consumptions with in control budget;

7.    Fulfill blending consumables apply timely and monitoring it’s usage ;

8.    Housekeeping management to make the workshop clean and tidy, accomplish the fire equpiments’ monthly check in time;

9.    Insure operations according to Quality & HSE requirment,;

10.  To do failure root cause analysis and take corrective action about Quality & HSE Incident;

11.  Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and make change;

12.  Optimize the resources such as the manpower and the equipment, improve the production efficiency;

13.  Regularly review and update Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions make sure procedures and work instructions are adequate and correct regarding HSE and Lubricant quality system ;

Optimize blending process and LUBCEL system ,avoiding pollution between AO and  IO.

Qualification:

1. College or senior high school/technical secondary school;

2. Lub company experience;

3. Knowledge of Microsoft office software; 

4. Good  English reading capability.
