职责描述：
1.负责工艺文件的编制和修改，提供并持续完善生产工艺，以确保产品质量的稳定;
2.负责生产设备的工艺参数设定和调整，以满足不同产品的工艺要求；
3.负责应用新技术、新工艺，制定并实施降低生产成本、提高产品质量的方案执行设备保养并填写相关记录;
4.负责调查解决设备故障及设备缺陷的根本原因，提出解决方案及预防措施;
5.负责更新设备管理文件，监控设备状态并减少设备停机;
6.备件评估及管理;

任职要求：
1.五年以上生产企业设备维修保养及工艺流程管理的工作经验
2.本科学历，
3.机电一体化或机械相关专业，
4.能应用英语进行沟通，处理办公邮件等，
5.熟练使用办公软件，
