Job Description
This person will work closely with the HCBO team, site support team, and customers to ensure the stability of IT infrastructure. The preferred candidate has an education or experience in Server Management, and Cloud IT Services Infrastructure. Experience and knowledge in delivering and supporting PaaS in the digital world is optimal for this position.
Job Responsibilities
As IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer, your main responsabiltities are:
？ Support team members and customers with Infrastructure SR/IM/PM
？ Daily Operation and maintenance of VMWare platform and HPE physical servers
？ Daily Operation and maintenance of Windows/Linux Server platform
？ The platform operation and maintenance operation of public cloud in Danfoss, solve technical problems in the operation of cloud platform and business system.
？ Participate in the establishment of cloud platform and business system operation and maintenance procedures, systems and norm
Background & Skills
？ Knowledge and experience in ITIL, ITIL 4 Foundation certified is preferred.
？ Good oral and writing English skills, CET-6 is preferred.
？ Good communication and problem-solving skill with strong self-learning ability;
？ Good working attitude, conscientious, be able to work under multi-tasks;
？ Technical experience supporting users globally in second-line support
？ Technical experience supporting IT hardware and software including but not limited to Microsoft products and solutions such as Windows/Linux Server OS, applications in a Microsoft cloud environment, network connectivity and infrastructure
Ability to work in a global environment, used to work with colleages from different countries;

Danfoss ( Tianjin ) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 in Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone. It's the wholly-owned subsidiary of Danfoss A/S in China , and is Danfoss' most important production base in APAC and outside of Denmark . Since its relocation to the new factory in Wuqing Development Zone in January 2002, the factory has been expanded in 2003 and 2004. Due to the fast business development, more and more new projects are introduced to the production base of Danfoss Wuqing factory in Tianjin.
Danfoss Wuqing factory is manufacturing a broad range of products like radiator thermostats, heating substations, thermal expansion valves, water valves, compressors, and other related products.
