Job Description

Represent purchasing, logistic, and quality in the project core team to achieve product design into mass product at suppliers side and able to deliver as committed quality and lead time, and closely work with project team to launch products as promised time, cost and performance

Job Responsibilities

？ Facilitate team work and cross functional mindset
？ Fully understand the project scope and background, the initial product concepts and the requirement to suppliers, logistics in terms of quality, cost and deliverable lead time;
？ Work with category team and project team to avoid creating new complexity for each category 
？ Align with category team, SQE, logistic and project manager on product cost, investment plan, lead time, and specification target.
？Lead with category team and prototype buyer to provide prototype parts as promised delivery date and cost to project team
？Coordinate with category team and project teams to make sure that the new or changed parts could be industrialized based on selected suppliers’ process or capability; 
？Set goal and track/report progress at procurement side
？Drive risk analysis and anticipate mitigation action in procurement side
？Facilitate structured problem solving
？Cooperate with Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing to optimize product cost and ensure quality. 
？Drive risk analysis and anticipate mitigation action in procurement side
？Apply Danfoss Standards, supply chain management tools and procedures.

Background & Skills

？ Highly customer and business oriented

Bachelor Degree, 6+work experience in pruchasing
？ Ability to work in a matrix organization & complex environment
？ Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, well developed interpersonal skills and numeracy skills
？ Ability to motivate people with great management and leadership skills
