岗位职责：<
| 在这里你会： You will assist and support HR department from different functions to contribute to HR execution, including talent acquisition, talent management and organization development, work with business partners to drive HR activities, etc. You will also support in other HR related issues as requested, such as procurement affairs. 你将协助HR部门完成各项人力工作保证部门正常运行，具体包括但不限于人才招聘、人才管理与组织发展、协助HRBP（业务合作伙伴）落实其他部门人力工作。同时，你也将完成上级布置的相关任务，包括但不限于协助处理合同、报销等财务事宜。 |
岗位要求：
| 我们希望你符合以下要求： 1. Currently attending an undergraduate, graduate, or MBA program 在读本科生、研究生、或MBA 2. Responsible and committed to quality of work 态度认真负责，对工作质量有追求 3. Willing and quick to learn with high learning agility 较强的学习意愿和学习能力，高学习敏锐度 4. Independent and creative thinker and problem-solver 能发挥创造力，独立思考和解决问题的能力 5. Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English 良好的中英文沟通及写作能力 6. Familiar with PPT, Excel, and Word, ideally with solid project management experience 熟练使用PPT、Excel和Word，有项目管理经验更佳 7. Work at least 3 days per week, full-time preferably 每周实习三天或以上，全勤更佳 |
