What are my responsibilities? 我的职责是什么？

• Conduct type test for motor driver, frequency converter, DC chopper and relevant components.
• Support product development team on design verification test.
• Formulate test plan and test scheme.
• Setup test platform, commissioning test system, and perform the test.
• Prepare the test report and organize multi-national (China, Germany) experts to review the test report.
• Guide product design and development based on the requirements of IEC and / or UL standards.
• Do test jobs in accordance with the laboratory quality management system (based on ISO / IEC 17025).
• Implement laboratory activities in accordance with company's EHS management system.

• 进行电机驱动器、变频器、直流斩波器等产品的型式试验；
• 支持产品开发团队进行设计验证试验；
• 制定测试计划和测试方案；
• 搭建测试平台，调试测试系统，并执行测试工作；
• 编写测试报告，组织跨国（中国、德国）专家对测试报告进行评审；
• 根据IEC和/或UL标准要求，支持和指导产品的设计开发；
• 遵照实验室质量管理体系（ISO/IEC 17025）实施测试相关工作；
• 根据公司EHS管理体系，开展实验室相关活动。

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我需要什么才能胜任这份工作？

• Professional knowledge of automatic control, power electronics or measurement technology.
• Familiar with variable frequency drive system, relevant commissioning experience is preferred, familiar with SIEMENS STARTER software is preferred。
• Understand the test skills and methods in electrical safety, machinery, environment, EMC, etc.
• Knowledge of product standards and product certification process, knowledge of IEC 61800-5-1 (or GB / T 12668.501) standard is preferred.
• Good English reading and writing skills, international teamwork experience is preferred.
• Good logical mind and strong self-learning ability.
• Bachelor or above, master degree is preferred.
• Familiar with IEC / ISO 17025 is preferred, and experience in test automation is preferred.

• 具备自动控制、电力电子或检测技术等相关专业知识；
• 熟悉变频调速拖动系统，有相关调试经验者优先，熟悉SIEMENS STARTER软件者优先；
• 了解电气安全、机械、环境、EMC等方面的测试技能和测试方法；
• 了解产品标准及产品认证过程，了解IEC61800-5-1（或GB/T 12668.501）标准者优先；
• 良好的英文读写能力，具有国际团队工作经验者优先；
• 较强的逻辑思维能力，较强的自我学习能力；
• 统招本科以上学历，研究生学历优先；
• 熟悉IEC/ISO 17025实验室管理体系者优先，具有自动化测试开发经验者优先。
