Job Responsibilities: ECN, 工程变更

* Oversee and coordinate priorities within each team and the efforts of the team.

* Check purchasing and materials records to determine receipt of related, manufacturing schedules, exhaust dates for superceded materials and effective dates to release product changes to production.

* Work with Operations, Purchasing and product groups to determine the logical source of supply for product components.

* Coordinates introduction of new product and engineering changes and provides management with the tools to monitor the overall progress and effectiveness of product programs.

* Serve as an integral member of NPI teams to influence the timeliness of model affectivity and the impact on other programs.

Experiences:

* Technical college or university degree in an appropriate manufacturing or engineering related field or 3 to 5 years experience including 1 year as a Product Change Control Engineer.

* Thorough understanding of Engineering Records, Manufacturing Releasing, Materials Scheduling, and Engineering Manufacturing Change Control procedures.

* Requires good oral and written communications skills * German speaking preferred
