The service engineer is responsible for development and implementation of Serviceability Requirements for product, and customer care activities after product released. The service engineer as an interface in the complete product life cycle for crossed function organization, also responsible for monitoring product performance and supporting quality improvement.

What are my responsibilities?

Supply technical support, selection and quotation to customer and sales.

Service order execution for in/out warranty service business, including field service, in-house repair, spare parts/unit and service contract.

Service station management, including human resource and equipment maintenance.

Continuously study product and application knowledge, to improve analysis capability and trouble shooting skill.

Prepare service report based on professional technical knowledge, supply solution for customer.

Customer complaint record and summary, supply information to QM and R&D.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education - bachelor’s degree or above, major of Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related etc.

1-3 years working experience at customer service position, or geared motor/gearbox technical position.

Good English communication skill in both speaking and writing

Good team work and result orientated

Good organization and coordination skills
