 岗位职责：

• 设计系统框架。

• 建立编码规则。

• 系统编码和测试。

• 开发系统文件, 用户培训材料和工作指导书。

• 识别改进机会, 优化系统性能。

岗位要求：

• 本科及/或硕士学历, 包含但不限于计算机、自动化、电气工程、信息技术等专业。

• 较强的沟通能力。

• 良好的学习敏捷性, 较强的 IT 职业发展兴趣。

• 积极主动性和责任感强。

• 良好的团队合作。

• 良好的思考和解决问题能力。

• 良好的英语口语能力。

• 对MS SQL server、基于 web 开发（如. Net、ASP.Net、JavaScript、HTML、C#）和开发工具（如 Visio Studio ）有较深理解者优先。

Key Responsibility

• Design system framework.
• Establish coding rules.
• System coding and testing.
• Develop system documentation, user training materials and work instruction.
• Identify the improvement opportunity and optimize the performance of system.

Main competence requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master degree with majors in, but not limited to, computer, automation, electrical engineering,  information technology, etc..
• Strong communications skills
• Good learning agility, strong interesting in IT career development.
• Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
• A good team player.
• Good thinking and problem solving skill.
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Good service mindset.
• Good understanding in MS SQL server, web based development such as .Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and development tools(such as Visio Studio, etc.) 
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and      priorities and work well under pressure.
