工作职责:
产品的技术引进; 解决生产中的技术问题; 技术项目管理

工作职责：
1. 技术项目管理和国内外技术相关方的沟通和协调；
2. 产品的技术引进，和国外研发部门做对接，进行图纸文件转化，BOM等；
3. 生产工艺的完善、改造和升级
4. 深入车间解决生产制造中出现的技术问题（包括现场处理问题等）；
基本条件：
1. 本科及以上学历, 电机、机械及工程类相关专业，了解电机结构、电磁理论、电磁计算优先考虑；
2. 电机行业技术工作3年以上；外资企业/英文工作环境优先考虑；
3. 具有良好的踏实肯干的工作作风，不满足现状的探索创新精神
4. 热爱技术工作，具备技术判断敏锐性和深入车间现场主动学习的技术钻研精神；
5. 英语可作为工作语言使用，可以和国外工程师团队进行书面和口语交流，听说写流利；
6. 良好的团队内部和外部沟通和协调能力；
7. 具备工作执行力和团队管理能力；
8. 熟练使用Autocad 或 Solidworks软件；
