Job Summary:
The job is to provide on-site service for our customers.
You will join our logistics team, on-site customer's company, cooperate with internal team, together to provide customers with high standards of service.



Essential Responsibilities:
1. HK/CN Logistics Buyer Assistant
2. Import & export monitoring
3. Warehouse & transportation coordination
4. Logistics issues and abnormal cases resolution
5. Logistics complaint and claim handling
6. Strong logistics acumen and general business acumen
7. Good communication and coordination with cross functional team



Academic Qualifications / Experience:
1. University graduates, preferably major in Logistics
2. At least 3-years working experience in Ocean exporting and customer service



Knowledge / Skills:
1. Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Draft, COA, CO
2. Insurance Certificate etc
3. Performance of freight and related services
4. Understanding of common INCOTERMS
5. Familiar with Shipment Modes/Types
6. Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import & Export
7. Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word
