As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for whole cycle management of the equipment’s, selection and commission of new equipment’s, ensure the safety and effectiveness of the equipment, support the company's business development needs at low cost for Electrification Business Area in Tianjin, China.

Reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager, you will ensure the delivery date / high quality / high efficiency /employee safety, take actions to meet the company's target.

- Initiating and implementing equipment management strategy, do the new equipment selection, set up, upgrade the old equipment, manage the key equipment repairment and set up equipment history recorder and file.
- Being responsible for drawing up the equipment preventive maintenance plan, coordinating internal resources, promoting implementation and collecting feedback
- Leading the maintenance team and develop team ability， ensure the normal status of equipment, ensure the OTD and quality of products, managing the KPI for the maintenance team
- Analyzing and diagnosing the breakdown of equipment, drafting maintenance plan and emergency treatment plan, implement maintenance, and formulate preventive measures, including engineering measures, spare parts plan, maintenance plan, training, etc
- Establishing communication with equipment manufacturers, evaluate and select equipment maintenance outsourcing programs, and be responsible for the acceptance of maintenance services
- Being responsible for equipment automatic upgrading and continuous improvement
- Ensuring special equipment management
- Establishing equipment safety operation specifications and risk assessment of maintenance to ensure 0 safety accidents

- More than 5 years working experience in related filed, prior for robotization experience
- Maintenance management /TPM/plan execute/daily check knowledge
- Team lead experience
- Electrical/mechanical/hydraulic knowledge
- Good at PLC skill
- Be familiar with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- A bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation or mechanical relevant
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
