岗位职责:
负责招募中心体系的规划、管理及执行，整合体系资源，组织和带领团队完成公司既定的招募目标。主要包括：
1. 业务规划方面
（1）制定年度招募中心目标计划，及招募专员发展计划
（2）制定年度招募中心费用预算及管理
2. 团队运营方面
（1）拓展网络招募渠道
（2）稳定招募专员队伍
（3）负责招募侯选人面谈
（4）建立招募中心培训和管理体系
（5）招募中心关键指标检视理
3. 其他主管安排的工作。
任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历
2. 熟悉顾问行销渠道运营模式及人员发展模式
3. 工作态度积极向上，热情诚恳
4. 有效地沟通；能够协调销售团队之间、销售团队与其他相关支持部门的意见
5. 建立关系：能够通过积极有效的沟通建立良好的协作关系，获得相关部门的业务支持
6. 关注细节
7. 结果导向衡量绩效
8. 能熟练应用Office软件
