岗位职责
- 制定必要的行动,包括市场营销,以渗透到华北地区的潜在客户数据库。
- 根据中国销售经理确定的政策,为每项技术开发最合适的销售网络。
- 向管理层推荐潜在的商业发展机会。
- 验证所有的商业建议和方法,以保障相关方案的利润。
- 在公司定义的领域和应用中识别和获得新客户的机会,并对这些机会做商业评估。
- 每月向中国销售经理报告预算的完成情况以及新的发展机会。
- 保证客户按时付款。
- 确保销售网络表现良好,适当的培训并执行公司的目标。
- 其他由直接主管分配的任务。
岗位要求
- 拥有工业工程、电子、电气、自动化或其他相关领域的学士学位。
- 4年以上与电子应用相关的销售经验;***是在电源和汽车市场;有技术背景者优先。
- 有管理分销商的经验。
- 有较强的建立客户关系的能力;善于开拓新客户和新市场趋势。
- 善于分析客户的要求和投诉,并快速顺利地解决问题。
- 具有英语口头和书面沟通能力。
- 具有团队合作精神;以结果为导向;良好的自我管理和自我激励;对公司忠诚。
- 产品成本和定价估算/利润分析技能;与内部相关部门和客户的研发/质量/采购部门进行项目管理。
- 有国际公司工作经验者优先。
- 有技术背景者优先。

- 掌握Windows办公工具和SAP、salesforece、zoho项目管理工具。
Job responsibilities
- To develop the necessary actions including marketing to penetrate the potential customers data base in North China
- To develop the most proper Sales network for each technology with the cooperation and according to the policy determined by China Sales Manager.
- Present business opportunities to management for decision.
- Validate all commercial proposals and approaches to ensure the solutions are profitable.
- Propose actions related to marketing and communication for the sectors defines together with the sales management.
- Identify and get opportunities in new customers for the sectors and applications defined by the Company and transmit those to the company through the commercial assessment.
- Report monthly to the China sales manager about the budget fulfillment as well as the new opportunities.
- To assure customers pay on time.
- Make sure that sales network is performing well and is properly trained and executing the targets of the company.
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job requirements
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering , Electronic, Electric, Automation, or other related field.
4 years+ sales experience specially related with electronic application; preferably in power supply and automotive markets; also technical background is prefered.
Experience with managing distributors.
Strong skill with customer relationship building; be good at explore new customer and new market trend.
Be good at analysis customer's requirements&complaint and solving it quickly and smoothly;
Communication skills both verbal and written in English;
Team work spirit; result-oriented; good self-management and self-motivated; loyal to company;
Products cost &pricing estimating /margin analysis skills; project management with internally related dept and customer's R&D /quality/sourcing.
Previous job experience in international company prefered;
Technical background is also prefered.
Teamwork orientated, loyal to it’s position and company; able to work under high pressure; good self management; good self motivated.
Windows Office tool and SAP, salesforece, zoho project management.
