Job Description：

- Provide best rate, route, and facilitate the movement of shipments to meet with the service requirements as requested by the customers

- Lead and provide advice / assistance to members when required

- Maintaining shipment logs, prepare and process shipping paperwork and documentation with the following accountabilities:

- Rate, route and facilitate the movement of shipments to meet with the service requirements as requested by the customers

- Manifest consolidations and airway bills maintain filing of airway bill and manifest

- Input all relevant data for each air freight movement into computer system

- Coordinate with warehouse and co-workers to facilitate the movement of freight including palletization arrangement and all associated paperwork

- Distribute pre-alert and relevant messages to appropriate parties

- Tracing airway bill copies from sub-loaders

- Preparing invoice for consolidated shipment to various co-loading accounts
- Trade line and quotation experience is preferred

- Other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirement：
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Knows risk and insurance terms
- Familiar with and
able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies
- Trade line and quotation experience is preferred
