Our Company

A one-stop-shop and single face to the customer that would cover the entire process chain from quotation, booking, document management, track and trace all the way to proactive exception handling and supply chain data analytics. You will:
· Take ownership of the end-to-end IT Support for Jira Service Desk Tickets of our Chinese offices and other Asian offices.
· Work alongside our People team to set up and send IT hardware to our newbies.
· Provide user IT training and document common issues to reduce the number of repetitive requests.
· Maintain physical IT Infrastructure, Meeting rooms and Printers.
· Coordinate repair of hardware with external vendors.
· Travel to our other offices, to provide onsite support and maintain equipment. Collaborate with Office Management, to maintain and upgrade our growing office spaces.
· Monitor the network performance.
· Help on IT projects being rolled out internationally.
What you bring:
· You will bring a minimum of 1 year of full-time IT experience.
· Knowledge of cloud applications. G-Suite, Office 365, OneLogin, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Meraki and Atlassian are a plus!
· A good understanding IT ticketing best practices.
· The ability to diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues with PC and peripheral devices.
· The ability to produce concise and professional IT documentation.
· Excellent Mac OS and Windows 10 troubleshooting skills.
· Strong knowledge of networking concepts: VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS and SDWAN.
