Your tasks and responsibilities
Provide price and delivery information/sample request/technical documentation as required by Sales
Maintaining/Uploading of price files/special pricing into system (e.g. renew expired pricing
Price negotiation with supplier and maintain validity of expiring cost
Review and help resolve branch receiving problems or discrepancies (e.g. pricing issues)
Follow up with referrals & leads from suppliers for sales follow up
Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails
Provide after sales services and administrative support when necessary

Requirements
Diploma or above in preferably a commercial, financial or technical direction or relevant professional experience
Minimum 3 years’ related working experience in electronics components field
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
