Introduction: 

Production manager is working on daily operation of production area assigned, arranging production area and activities in systematic and lean way, keep forward in terms of improvement and optimization.

生产经理负责指派的生产区域里的日常运营，系统化和精益地统筹生产区域和生产活动，持续现场的改进和优化

What are my responsibilities? 

• Being responsible for the assigned production area in regard of people, equipment/tools, on-site material, production process/technology implementation, output quality, EHS, 5S, plus the budget plan it requires

负责生产现场的人，机，料，法，环，产出质量，安全，5S

• Leading, developing and motivating a group of dedicated qualified employees and professionals full functionally to achieve the targets set

带领，发展，激励员工和专职人员完成既定的目标

• Continuously working together with internal and external technical partners for optimization of production processes with lean mindset, incl. layout etc.

与内外部的合作伙伴一起持续优化生产制造工艺过程，包括对现场布局的优化

• Complete other related tasks from department

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

• More than 5 years’ experience of shopfloor management /超过5年的生产现场管理经验
• Strong production execution/很强的生产计划执行能力
• Strong leadership and capability of planning, organize and coach/很强的领导力和计划，统筹以及指导的能力
• Good communication/良好的沟通能力
• English reading/writing/speaking良好的英语听说读写
