工作职责:

1负责全面安全文化体系（TSC）的推进与维护Responsible for the promotion and maintenance of the Total Security Culture System (TSC) 2 负责环境、职业健康与安全双体系的建设、维护与持续改善Responsible for the construction, maintenance and continuous improvement of the dual system of environment, occupational health and safety 3 负责制定EHS培训计划，对各级人员实施培训并利用有效手段对培训效果实施跟踪。Responsible for the development of EHS training programs, training of personnel at all levels and using effective means to track the effectiveness of training. 4 负责制定审核计划，对EHS实施审核以及问题改进的跟踪封闭 Responsible for the development of audit plans, EHS implementation review and improvement of the problem tracking closed 5 负责EHS日常检查与行为观察行动，发现问题，立即纠正和改进Responsible for daily inspection and behavior observation of EHS, identify problems and correct and improve immediately 6 负责对新项目和“四新”项目实施“三同时”评价Responsible for implementing "three simultaneous" evaluations on new projects and "four new projects" 7负责对EHS各类事件快速反映并组织调查、处理和制定防范措施 Responsible for the rapid reflection of various EHS incidents and organize investigation, handling and formulation of preventive measures


任职资格:
- 本科及以上学历，不含专升本
- Bachelor degree；
- 具有1年以上相关工作经验；
- more than one year relevant working experience；
- 年龄不超过35周岁；
- under 35 years old;
- 较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
- Understanding of plastic testing techniques, including mechanical and analytical testing;
- 良好的沟通和表达能力，富有激情，有上进心；
- Good communication & Presentation skills, must be energetic, self-motivated;
