RESPONSIBILITY:
？ Create and maintain the roadmap for common quality methods, tools and associated trainings;
？ Create, maintain and improve easy to use tools and clear methods with defined roles and responsibilities aligned to BU and Plant Quality structures
？ Introuce advanced technology into quality to improve accuracy and efficiency
？ Implement best practices defined by the BUs and Plants;
？ Manage related software and hardwares related with quailty tools
？ Budget planning based on future development "

REQUIREMENT:
? Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in computer or equivalent
? Professional experience (at least 3 years) in software development and maintaince field
? Experience in manufacturing business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of manufacturing environment"
? Experience with software development
Experience in project leading and team leading is preferred.
? Experience in working with cross function teams.
? Understanding for different foreign cultures (NAFTA, Asia, several European cultures）

新能源科技事业部亚太区研发中心
