Job Discription:

1. To work directly with program manager, plant manager and CFT to assure program launched successfully.

2. Responsible for market analysis, project plan, initiation, implementation, delivery and customer feedback.

3. To prepare launch plan, lead CFT to meet program launch targets.

4. Develop and provide automated and periodic reports to top management on results, and lessons learned.

5. Lead the successful implementation of functional dashboards.

6. Collaborate with operational leaders to standardize reporting of launch costs, and how to calculate and what is included.

7. Collaborate with operational leaders to standardize reporting of operational launch metrics.

8. Good communication with CFT and appropriate level company. Must be comfortable interacting with Korean, Indian, America, German team members and co-workers.

9. To ensure customer complaints are handled effectively.

10. To prepare business plan, set goals in line with the Company’s business plan and goals, and communicate at appropriate level.

11. Implement new PM toolset. Develop and provide training on new PM toolset functionality to all functions/regions/product segments, including the measurement of training effectiveness.

12. Must have direct knowledge of program management.

13. Must have launched at least two programs.

14. Must be flexible with extending working hours in the evening.

15. Experience interacting with clients in all global regions.

16. Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics.

Qualification:

College or Bachelor or Master of industrial management, engineering, quality or above.

Requires 5+ years of experience of Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Industry.

- Good communication skills and teamwork.

- Good English skills, both written and spoken.

- Knowledge of PMP.- Knowledge of issue analysis and problem resolution.

- Market analysis skill.

- Team management experience.

- Computer Skills (1->5 with 5 being expert)Excel 4 – 5PowerPoint 4 – 5MS Project 5Word >= 3
