工作描述：

1. Responsible to select and contract Vendors capable to produce high quality seeds (genetic, physiological and healthy)

2. Negotiate production contracts with Vendors and assuring to have Vendors contracts signed before sowing the seeds.

3. Follow up the Stock Seed movements and make sure the SS arrive at the production site on time Assure FIDO is updated regularly.

4. Allocate human resources assuring all production locations are covered appropriately and closing the potential gaps on uncovered areas.

5. Assure Production team follows all work instructions, procedures and technical/QA team instructions and suggestions

6. Approve grower payments (Advance payments and seed based payments and assure the producers receive the payments on time

7. Responsible for review and monitoring of seeds and non seeds material and prioritizing and scheduling of process orders in alignment with control towers commitments & monthly sales demand.

8. Monitor the targets and reporting weekly / monthly performance of on- time supply, productivity, quality upgrading and operational issues to Veg Plant Operation lead.

9. Alignment of the packing timelines with Supply planning & demand planning to mitigate the objective of optimal and quick availability of packed commercial products for Sales.

10. Ensure the production and equipment operation process happens safely effectively and with quality in alignment with general procedures of the work area

11. Work with and support leadership's effort to continuously improve Bayer process and consistently establish the highest standards in the industry for safety, seed quality, cost efficiencies and supply reliability

12. Maintain and update key process documentation (QMS) including operating, start-up and shut-down procedures (process flow and instrumentation diagrams)

13. Lead areas across the plant in driving the adoption of continuous improvement practices and programs (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) conducive to an organized and clean work environment.

14. Lead projects within Operations and be a part of cross-functional teams

技能和经验要求:

1. Flexibility to work in sub-departments

2. Positive image of company position in regards to seeds processing

3. Ability to communicate with other entities (English language required, speak and write) 

4. 2021 fresh graduate major in Agriculture related, master degree above

5. Advance skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point)

6. Fluent English communication skill
