职责描述：
The Corporate Brand Manager for Mannings China Own Brand in the portfolio with responsibility and accountability for recommending and executing the brand strategy and marketing activity that is designed to achieve specific brand objectives, including penetration targets, brand awareness and reputation.?The candidate must have the experience, expertise and skill set to:
Contribute effectively and shape the development of brand strategy ?
? analyse segment, consumer and brand data to support and shape the brand strategy
? build brand equity, identify and recommend value initiate for Mannings’ brand in China
? develop communication plan for different stages throughout the trade-event schedule, including tactical campaign and promotion event, and connect with cross functional teams (ops and merchandising) thoroughly to ensure excellent execution is in line with brand strategy
? conduct on-going performance analysis and regular brand reviews

Experience & knowledge
? Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
? 5+ years working experience in FMCG or retail brand management, at least 3 years in independently managing brands;
? Strategic thinking with proven success working experience in a fast-paced environment
Core competencies
? Strong brand planning, analysis and presentation skills
? Creative, strong art sense, innovative, bold, entrepreneurial with a good understanding of the fast-changing retail environment
? Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with different functions
? Effective public speaking skills and presence;
? Fluent in Chinese and English.
