JOB PURPOSE

    

Maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

    

Develop new prospect of aerospace business within SCN area.

    

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

    

*             Maintaining good relationships and streamline communication with customers;

    

*             Commercial contact with Guangzhou aerospace clients on regular basis;

    

*             Develop new aerospace customers within CAN area;

    

*             Support GM Sales Manager to communicate with network for aerospace operation problem solution ect.;

    

*             Participate meeting with key account aerospace clients so as to know the requirement and standard;

    

*             Responsible for CAN aerospace PNL and leading role to develop this product with GM sales and China aerospace manager;

    

*             Gathering market information and identifying key account plan;

    

*             Other tasks assigned by line manager.

    

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

    

*             Develop CAN aerospace local controlled customer through building up the qualify sales pipeline and close the business;

    

*             Assist network on building right solution in/out of CAN aerospace platform, improve nominate business result;

    

*             Achieve annual CAN aerospace budget

    

MAJOR CHALLENGES

    

*             Maintain good relationship with key accounts and bring in new aerospace customers;

    

*             Work with CAN sales to develop aerospace locally controlled business;

    

*             Work with network to ensure the service we provide is competitive in CAN market.

    

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

    

*             Possess good industry contact with proven sales record. (have customer resource, which is the most important)At least 5 year working experience in freight forwarding industry

    

*             Result orientated

    

*             Knowledge of local markets will be an obvious advantage

    

*             Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience (Hunting) in freight forwarding company, minimum 2 years sales experience in aerospace logistics industry

    

*             Thorough understanding of shipping terms and terminology

    

*             Sales Knowledge and Methodology (relevant to our industry, product and market).

    

*             Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skill & good command of English.

    

*             Proficient with office software.

    

*             College degree or above

    

*             Team player, good marketer, good analytical ability, focused, positive.

    

*             Ability to provide two good character reference checks.

    

    

SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

    

*             Know-how in aerospace market

    

*             Experience to work with minimum 2 aerospace key customers
