岗位职责：

-根据学生的能力和学习预期指定针对性的课程计划和内容

-根据科目的等级和类型，提供双语理科科目教学（如数学、物理、化学、生物等学科）

-监督、评估学生的学习进度

-回答学生相关的课程问题，并及时批改、反馈学生的作业

-根据学生的课程表现，及时指定学习规划和反馈报告

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare individualized lesson plans and contents upon students’ abilities and intended outcomes.

- Deliver bilingual subject-specific lessons across a range of qualification types and levels, in day or evening classes.

- Monitor, assess students learning progress.

- Answer student questions and mark their work that are related to the lesson contents.

- Prepare written study plan, reports and submit them in a timely manner.

- Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.

任职要求：

-自身有国际课程学习经历，熟悉或相关A-level/AP/IB教学经验优先

-本科及以上学历，有海外留学经历者优先

-具备优秀的英语听说读写能力和表达能力

另外，我们也希望老师具有有以下能力：

-能够通过丰富有趣的形式进行授课

-能够在一个多元文化的环境下工作

-具备良好的组织协调能力和时间观念。每月有稳定的授课时间者优先

-具有良好的抗压能力和工作动力，能应对各类挑战

REQUIREMENTS

- Familiar with or have experience in teaching international curriculum A-level/AP/IB/ a major plus preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas study background is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

In addition, we prefer tutors possessing below qualities:

- Able to deliver classes in fun and creative ways.

- Experience of working in a multicultural environment.

- Highly organized and punctuality. Stable monthly schedules preferred.

- Work well under pressure and highly motivated, with the ability to face challenges.
