【岗位名称】：技术工人岗

工序：组装焊接、键合(在洁净间的工作环境，使用显微镜，从事粘结、焊接等微组装操作，无异味)

【岗位要求】：

1、男女不限，中专以上学历，年龄35岁以下

2、该岗位需使用显微镜，要求人选视力好，没有眼部疾病，戴眼镜没事

3、需要穿防护服，戴口罩

4、有相关电子组装工作经验者优先，有操作自动化设备的工作经验者优先

【工作时间】：标准工时，8:30-17:30，上六休一， 

【福利待遇】：基本工资：3500，综合补助1200，绩效800-1500，每月根据员工个人表现打分，住宿补助650/元，加班费根据国家法定支付，综合到手6500-7000左右，五险一金（5％的基数缴纳），园区提供食堂，需自费，15元左右。
